How do I celebrate my child’s progress?

Modified on Thu, 25 Jun at 3:38 PM

Celebrating progress works best when it is simple, regular, and focused on effort as well as achievement.

You can recognise milestones such as completing a map, earning Golden Stepping Stones, or finishing a set of lessons. Small celebrations like choosing an activity, extra playtime, or shared praise can help reinforce positive learning habits.

Making progress visible using charts, stickers, or certificates can also help children see how far they have come.

The most important part is to acknowledge effort and consistency, helping your child feel proud of their learning journey.
