How can I change my child’s level or reset the placement test?

You can easily manage your child’s lesson level through the Dashboard.

You have two options:

Adjust lesson level – Manually set your child to a different lesson level at any time. You can do this via the link in the left-hand navigation panel, or through Child Settings in the same menu.

Redo the placement test – This allows the program to reassess your child and place them at the most appropriate level (recommended). You can also access this option through Child Settings in the left-hand navigation panel.
