My free trial isn’t working

If your free trial is not active, please check that you have completed all required account setup steps. During registration, you will be asked to:

  • Enter your parent details (such as name and contact details)

  • Add your payment details

  • Create student profiles (you can create up to four)

Your free trial will be activated once all setup steps have been completed.


If you decide not to continue after your free trial, you can cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.


If you have completed the setup steps and are still unable to access the program, please contact our Customer Service team using your registered email address. Our team will be happy to help.
