  1. Log in via a browser (not the app) at www.readingeggs.com using your email address as the username and the password you chose during registration. 
  2. Check your current subscription status by visiting the My Account tab on your Parent Dashboard and selecting Manage My Subscription. 
  3. If you do not have an active subscription or trial, select 'My Account' then click 'Redeem Promo Code'
  4. Enter the code and click the ‘Redeem Offer’ button.
  5. If you currently have an active subscription, you’ll need to cancel this and wait for any remaining time to expire before activating your 12-month code.
