To delete your Reading Eggs account via the app or the web, please follow the instructions below: 


How to delete your account via the app  


  1. Log into your account via the Reading Eggs or Mathseeds app on your device.

  2. In the top menu, select the My Account tab and then Edit My Account.


     
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select Delete my account*. 


     

    Note: you will see a Caution alert display. Tick both checkboxes and select Delete Account to proceed.


     

    To cancel your subscription, please ensure you follow the steps here.



How to delete your account via a web browser 


  1. Log into your Reading Eggs or Mathseeds account via the website.

  2. Select the My Account tab on top-right side of the menu bar and click Edit My Account.


          
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Delete my account*. 


     
    Note: you will see a Caution alert display. Tick both checkboxes and select Delete Account to proceed.


    To cancel your subscription, please ensure you follow the steps here.

*Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all data associated with your account, including any personal information and your children’s program activity and progress. This process cannot be reversed.
