How do I delete my Reading Eggs account?

To delete your Reading Eggs or Mathseeds account via the website or mobile app, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Reading Eggs or Mathseeds account using your registered email address and password.

2. Select any child profile to access the Family Dashboard.

3. Navigate to Edit My Account:

   • Website: Select My Account from the top menu, then click Edit My Account.
     

   • Mobile app: Tap the three-line menu icon in the top-right corner, then select Edit My Account.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete My Account.

5. A caution message will be displayed. Tick both confirmation checkboxes, then select Delete Account to complete the process.

Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you have a subscription, please ensure you cancel it separately by following the instructions in the subscription cancellation article.
