You can change your subscription plan depending on your needs. The process depends on where your subscription was purchased.


Apple App Store Subscriptions

If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store, plan changes must be managed directly through Apple.

How to Manage Your Plan

  • Open the Settings app on your Apple device.

  • Tap your name.

  • Select Subscriptions.

  • Select your subscription.

  • Select Change Plan (if available) or adjust your subscription as required.

  • Confirm your changes.

Important

  • Transactions are between you and Apple.

  • We cannot manage upgrades or downgrades for App Store subscriptions.


Google Play Subscriptions

If your subscription was purchased through Google Play, plan changes must be managed directly through Google.

How to Manage Your Plan

  • Open Google Play (app or web browser).

  • Tap your profile icon and select Payments & subscriptions.

  • Choose Subscriptions.

  • Select your subscription.

  • Choose Change Plan (if available) or manage your subscription.

  • Confirm your changes.


Web Subscriptions

If you subscribed directly through our website, you can manage your plan through your account.

How to Change Your Plan

  1. Log in to your Family Dashboard using a web browser:
    https://app.readingeggs.com/parent/dashboard
    (Plan changes cannot be made through the app.)

  2. Select My Account.

  3. Choose Manage My Subscriptions.

  4. Select Change Plan (if available) or adjust your subscription.

  5. Confirm your changes.


Promotional Offers

If you have received a promotional offer:

  • You must first cancel your scheduled renewal through Apple or Google before purchasing directly through our website.

  • After cancellation, you can proceed with completing your new purchase.

Please note: The terms of the subscription change — including the access start date and applicable charges — will be displayed on screen when completing your purchase.
