The wrong child gets logged into Reading Eggs

When you have more than one child under your Reading Eggs account, you must ensure you are entirely logged out of one child’s account before you can access the other child’s account. Each time you finish a Reading Eggs session please log out by following these steps:


  1. On your child’s student dashboard, click the waving hand ‘Bye’ icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen. 
  2. On the program selection page, please click the circular ‘Grown-Up’ icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen
  3. Now that you are on the family dashboard, you can either log your other child into the program or log out completely by selecting ‘My Account’ > Log out
  4. If you still encounter problems please clear your browser's history and try logging in again.
