Reading Eggs troubleshooting for Android

Here are some updates you can apply to your device to get the program working better.

If your device meets the specifications, please implement the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure that you have the latest version of Google Chrome installed on your device. You do this via Google Play.

To check the Chrome browser version, type chrome://version in the address bar and select Go.

2. Refresh the web page.

3. Clear Browser cache and cookies:

1. Open the Chrome browser
2. Select the wrench icon
3. Select History
4. Choose 'Clear Browsing Data' from the bottom of the page
5. Make sure 'Clear browsing history', 'Clear the cache' and 'Clear cookies, site data' options are checked. Select 'Clear'.

OR

1. Go to Settings -> Apps
2. Select Chrome -> Clear Data

4. Make sure Javascript is enabled:

1. Open the Chrome browser
2. Select the wrench icon
3. Go to Settings -> Advanced -> Content Settings
4. Make sure 'Enable JavaScript' is checked. If not, enable it.

5. Restart the browser:

1. From any screen tap the app switcher button (the double rectangles)
2. A list of recently used apps should appear
3. Touch and hold the Chrome browser while swiping it off the screen. Or long-press on the Chrome icon and select 'Remove from list' or 'Force Stop'.

6. Restart the Android device.

1. Press and hold the Power/lock button
2. You will get the device options. Select 'Power Off'. This will shutdown the tablet
3. Press and hold the Power/lock button again to restart the tablet
