Will my subscription renew automatically after the discounted period?
Yes. After the Black Friday discounted period ends, your plan will renew automatically at the standard rate unless you cancel 24 hours prior to the renewal. The full terms and conditions are displayed at checkout.

Will I receive a confirmation email after purchasing?

Account and Progress

Will my child’s previous progress still appear after I complete my subscription purchase?
Yes. All learning progress, certificates, and rewards will remain intact, provided you complete your purchase within the same account.


Can I use the Black Friday offer for multiple children?
The subscription plan allows access for up to four children. For additional children, a separate account must be created and the promotion can be redeemed again. 


Can I transfer my subscription to another email address?
Yes. Please contact our customer support team with your request, confirming your registered and new email address.


I’ve forgotten my login details – can I still redeem the offer?
Please visit https://app.readingeggs.com/password_resets/new to request a reminder email. If you do not receive a reminder email after completing the steps, this indicates that a different email address was used during sign-up.

Can I use the Black Friday offer with another discount or coupon code?
No. The Black Friday discount cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, or promotional codes within the same checkout. 


Does the offer apply to all programs (Reading Eggs, Reading Eggspress, Mathseeds, etc.)?

Do I need to enter a promo code?

Can schools or teachers use the Black Friday offer?
