1. Error Message: “You are currently subscribed on another platform”

Meaning: Your existing subscription was purchased on a different platform.

To Resolve:

  • Cancel your subscription renewal in Google Play or the Apple App Store before attempting a new purchase, OR

  • Complete the purchase using the same platform as your current subscription.


2. Apple Notification: “Existing Account Detected”

Meaning: Apple has detected a Reading Eggs account linked to the Apple ID in use.

To Resolve:

  • Log in using the email address highlighted in the Apple notification and complete the purchase, OR

  • Sign in with a different Apple ID.
