If a customer requests a password reset, we would action this request in Sales Force. To send a password reset email to the customer, please follow the below steps.

1. In Salesforce, go to the parent's account

2. Select their name in the Contacts section

3. At the top of the screen, select the drop-down bar 'Manage External User'

4. Select 'View Customer User'

5. Select the 'Reset Password' button

6. Click 'Ok'
